Job Description: E-commerce Subscription Box Manager
Position Summary:
The E-commerce Subscription Box Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire subscription box program within our e-commerce retail business. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, retail operations, and customer engagement strategies to drive the success of the subscription box program. The E-commerce Subscription Box Manager will lead a team and collaborate with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality subscription box experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the overall strategy for the e-commerce subscription box program, aligning it with the company's objectives and customer needs.
2. Manage end-to-end operations of the subscription box program, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, quality control, and fulfillment.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate and select products for the subscription boxes, ensuring a diverse and appealing assortment to meet customer expectations.
4. Implement and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive subscription box sales and increase customer loyalty, leveraging various marketing channels and customer insights.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the subscription box program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' subscription box offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
7. Lead and develop a team of subscription box coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
8. Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries, concerns, and resolve any issues related to the subscription box program.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
2. Minimum of X years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or subscription box management.
3. Proven experience in successfully managing and growing subscription box programs within an e-commerce environment.
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
